Shipping and Returns

1. PAYMENT:

We accept Paypal and any major credit/debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. 

All prices are in USD ($) and EUR (€). 

 

2. SHIPPING, TAXES & VAT:

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be shipped after payment - no shipping will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. 

  • USA ORDERS (Within USA):
    • We offer free UPS shipping on all USA domestic orders above $200. Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days depending on location.
    • Sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to California State. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
    • For expedite deliveries please contact us at info@cueroandmor.com and we can arrange different options for you to choose from.
    • Fixed $20 or $30 shipping fee for all Sample Sale orders.
    • Welcome 10% discount code does not apply to already on sale products.

  • EUROPEAN ORDERS (Within EU):
    • We offer free UPS shipping on all European orders above €160. Estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days depending on location. Shipping from Spain.
    • When ordering within EU, VAT/tax and duties are included in the given price. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within European Union.
    • Fixed €16.5 or 24.5 shipping fee for all Sample Sale orders.
    • Welcome 10% discount code does not apply to already on sale products.

    • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside USA)
      • We offer free TNT Express shipping on all International orders above $200. Estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days depending on location. 
      • When ordering outside USA, all prices exclude VAT/tax and duties. Price also excludes costs for physical inspection at customs in countries where this is required. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
      • Fixed $25 or $30 shipping fee for all Sample Sale orders.

        3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

        • USA ORDERS (Within USA):
          • At this time all Handbags and Small Leather Goods orders are final sale. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of package receipt to info@cueroandmor.com. We will try our best to resolve any issues.
          • We offer one FREE Shoe Size exchange on your first order, so you can discover your CUERO&MØR shoe size with no risks. Please email info@cueroandmor.com with your requested size change within 5 days from delivery date. After 5 days all sales are final. Offer not valid for on sale shoes.
          • All shoes must be new and unused. They should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoes with any sign of wear or marked soles will not be accepted for an exchange. Return must include all the signature packaging material, including CUEROANDMOR gift box, dust-bag and any other additional packaging included in the original shoe order.

          • Additional shoe size exchanges after the first free size exchange has a $35 fee. Which includes shipping the original product back to CUERO&MØR, restocking the returned product and shipping the new size back to you. CUERO&MØR provides all shipping labels.

          • Sale items marked 30% off or greater are final sale.

         

        • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside USA / EU):
          • At this time all international orders are final sale.

        • EUROPEAN ORDERS (Within EU):
          • We offer one FREE Shoe Size Exchange on your first order, so you can discover your CUERO&MØR shoe size with no risks. Please email info@cueroandmor.com with your requested size change within 5 days from delivery date.
          • Full-priced European orders can be returned or exchanges within 5 days of delivery date. Sale items or orders placed with discounts over 30%, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
          • Please note that Personalized products with initials cannot be exchanged nor returned since they have been produced exclusively for you.
          • For all the returns you will receive return address and instructions. You will need to provide tracking number of the shipment back to CUEROANDMOR.The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. All shoes should be tried on on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoes with any sign of wear or marked soles will not be accepted for a return.
          • Upon receiving the package, CUEROANDMOR will determine if the returned items are in as-new condition. No return will be accepted if returned items have been visibly used, soiled or damaged by the customer, this use and damage rendering the product unsuitable for sale.
          • Once the package has been received, inspected and accepted we will proceed with the return/exchange.

         

        4. DISCOUNTS:

        • CUEROANDMOR offers discounts from time to time, mostly on discontinued shapes and seasonal colors. Be sure to sign up to our newsletter to receive the latest offers. CUEROANDMOR does not offer sale price match for orders already placed.
